Human Resource Assistant
Based at our Oasis Backpackers' Hostels head office in Granada, you will be responsible for all ongoing HR decisions such as recruitment, payroll and supervision of staff quality within our different hostels.
You will be working part time i.e. 20 hs per week, mainly out of the Granada office.
We are looking for someone with recruitment experience, a good knowledge of staff interviewing as well as monitoring & encouraging staff's performance.
You should have finished your administrational studies some years ago and be confident in the use of English and Spanish. Ideally you have gained work experience working in the HR field for more than 2 years.
You should be able to work independently yet be prepared to teamplay, stick to time lines given and meet previously arranged work-related goals.
You need to have an European passport.
