Assistant Front Of House Manager

Generator Hostel London is looking for an experienced Front of House person to take on the role of Assistant Front of House Manager to help support the FOH Manager in managing and leading the entire reception and reservation department.

You will be required to lead and manage the team in the absence of the manager and also work alongside them to run a busy and customer focused Front of House department.

The ideal candidate will posses the below crieteria's:

Must have previous experience of working in a medium to large hostel within the Reception department.
Experience of supervising and leading a team of at least 5-10 staff or more.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to lead and motivate a team.
Be able to problem solve and deal with any customer complaints.
Proven experience of using a reservation system.
Have an understanding of how a reception department operates.
Experience in training staff and delivering excellent customer service skills.
Must be flexible and able to work various shifts.
Have an understanding of rates and revenue.
Must have good operational experience and able to deal with a fast paced working environment.

This is a permanent position and you will be required to work 40 hours per week. The salary for this position is £19,000.00 per annum.
