Hostal Vermont is looking for help during the summer

Hello! :)
We are a small hostel in Osorno Chile.
We are looking for some help during summer season (January-March) that:

Can work part time
Is fluent in English (a must) and some Spanish
Is outgoing and friendly
Have experience in Hospitality
Likes to travel and have some experience as a backpacker.

Duties include:
Cleaning, making beds, light gardening, reception, answering the phone and assisting guests.

In trade we offer you a free place to stay.
A couple days off a week to explore the lakes region.
One meal a day.
Plenty of time to get another part time job and/or explore the city.
