Volunteers needed at Alnwick Youth Hostel

AN appeal has been made for volunteers at Alnwick Youth Hostel.
The 57-bed facility, on Green Batt, will welcome its first guests over the next Bank Holiday weekend. A number of roles are now up for grabs, including reception cover, grounds/garden maintenance, general assistant and in marketing the hostel.
Volunteers would not have to offer lots of hours each week but a regular commitment – even once a month – would make a difference. Some of the roles will be based at the hostel but some can be done from home.
