Hostel Managers Needed for Northern Ireland

Hi

I am looking for 3 hostel Managers to manage hostels in Northern Ireland this year.

Hostel 1
Lagan Backpackers in Belfast is a 60 bed hostel in the university area of belfast. I am looking for a manager of management couple to manage the hostel on a day to day basis and manage the workaway volenteers

Hostel 2
Causeway hostel in Bushmills is a 42 bed hostel located about 2 miles from the famouse Giants Causeway. Its a small town butsurrounded with outstanding natural beauty. I am looking for a manager of management couple to manage the hostel on a day to day basis and manage the workaway volenteers


Hostel 3
Finn McCools is located 2 miles from Bushmills and 200 meters from the famouse Giants Causeway. The hostel is a 28 bed very personal hostel Surrounded with outstanding natural beauty, cliffs hiking the ocean etc . I am looking for a manager of management couple to manage the hostel on a day to day basis and manage the workaway volenteers

For hostel 1 and 2 you need experience to apply for the job. I am looking for at least one years management experience in a hostel enviroment. Must be able to get a refference from relevant hostel owner and i want to know what hostel/s you have managed
For hostel 3 experience would be nice, but i am looking for a motivated person that has hostel experience

For all three hostels i am willing to pay a weekly wage, with a bonus of a percentage of the hostels profit at the end of the year to help motivate the manager to work hard, smart and cost effective and keep online ratings great

All three positions need to be filled toward the end of March
