U.S. first upscale hostel

We are looking for 2 individuals to help us open (hopefully, by April 15) and run a brand new hostel in a 100 year old building in the historic Gaslamp quarter (center of all transportation - 1/2 mile from airport) in downtown San Diego, California. Please submit your unique qualifications as to any handyman work (carpentry, electrical, etc.) that you may have. Position available immediately. State qualifications and your non-negotiables.
