Bartender/Receptionist in Oaxaca beach hostel for 2014 (...ASAP)

Position available for full-time bartender at a bohemian beach hostel in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico.

Osa Mariposa (www.osamariposa.com) is looking for a bright, positive, enthusiastic, EXPERIENCED, energetic receptionist/bar tender.

The work involves taking and managing reservations via email and phone; making juices, smoothies, and cocktails; serving beers, coffees, and mezcal; customer relations, check-in/check-out, and room management; kitchen support (bussing/managing orders).

REQUIREMENTS (please read):

-Experience as a bartender in active, commercial bars (at least 6 months).
-Experience in hostel management (reception/book keeping).
-Hard-working, positive, productive attitude.
-Knowledge of and/or ability to learn about local spirits, cocktail making, and food pairing.
-Self-motivated.
-Great organizational and multi-tasking skills.
-Team player attitude.
-Flexible.

Our bar specializes in Oaxacan mezcal and cocktails made with the same.
