Volunteers needed for B&B in Belfast
We are looking for an open-minded peoples person that is not afraid to tackle any job.
From helping out with the cleaners, waiter for breakfast, help out at reception. It could be at any time or day though, as this is a 7 day a week business.
Basically anything that needs to be done. If there are jobs you have not done before that is never a problem, as long as you are willing to take anything on.
One of the most important things in our B&B is take care of the guests, speak with them, answer questions. We want them to feel at home in the B&B.
Your English has to be very good though, otherwise it is not possible to help out with reception work.
The room we have available for the volunteers has a maximum of 2 people in it and the bathroom is the bathroom that is also used by the people occupying the rooms with the shared bathroom. You can use the kitchen for your meals. And there is your own TV in your room.
For this we ask you to work for 24 hours a week. If there are occasions that you will work more than those hours you will be paid for those hours.
The B&B has 27 rooms of which half are with shared bathrooms and the other half is with ensuite rooms. All the rooms have been refurbished just one year ago when the people that own it now bought the B&B. We are perfectly located just 5 minute walk from the Botanical Gardens, 10 minutes from the city centre and bus/train station just around the corner. Also many restaurants and pubs within 20 meters walk to the main street.
Together with my girlfriend we own a beautiful small hostel, Finn Mc Cools in Northern Ireland. Finn Mc Cools hostel. In an amazing location near the Giants Causeway.
And looking for people that want to join our team.
