Looking for long-term Hostel Job

I am looking for a long term (6 months or more) hostel job, somewhere in the world. I like sunny destinations, and blue seas. I like to work hard and be busy. Being able to learn new things is something I value a lot in a job. If anyone is looking, or knows about a job. Please let me know!
