Our newly opened hostel “The Sleepy Camel” is located in Glenbeigh Village, Co. Kerry, Ireland within walking distance to all amenities and with direct access to the famous Ring of Kerry and only minutes from Blue Flag Rossbeigh Beach.
Glenbeigh is a fishing and holiday village nestled beneath the Seefin mountain 10 km west of Killorglin. It is a bustling village with great access to local trekking routes and hill walking on the McGillycuddy Reeks, Caragh Lake, the Seefin Mountain to name only a few.
We can accommodate 75 people in a selection of room types such as double ensuite rooms, twin rooms, triple rooms, family rooms and dormitory accommodation.
The Sleepy Camel offers free continental breakfast in the extensive self catering kitchen facilities and spacious living and separate dining areas with south facing conservatory and large outside space with lawn and patio area which is great for BBQ’s and other activities. We are centrally located being only one minute from the bars, restaurants, shops and bus stops.
