We are located in Mancora, more exactly in Playa del Amor, one of the biggest tourist attraction of the area. In addition, just a few minutes away on foot from our location, you can reach some of the most relevant spots of the city such as Parque de nuevo Mancora, The Bird House - Centro Comercial or Muelle de Mancora, amongst other attractive points of the town.

You have seen the photos and you want to live the dream. The apartments are listed on Airbnb, booking.com Hostelworld, TripAdvisor, etc. and is a great business, the property is located on the beach in a small town in Northern peru called Mancora with lots of backpackers passing through on a daily basis travelling either North or South.

The hostel will give you 30k The bar will give you another 30k ingoings 28K My best sellers are English breakfast with English tea / Nutella Crepes & Indian Curries ...Home from Home Seriously I have had a large number of people interested with lots of emails which is good but remember its first come first served !

This is a great business to rent for $2000 per month with 10 bedrooms for up to 40 backpackers hostel and this beats the day job. Another $1000 monthly cost of electricity, internet, water and staff.

This business is all year round and ingoing expenses are 3 months rental upfront 6k and 8k security deposit.

Most of the guests are travelling through South America and most end up in Mancora

I am British and have lived in Peru for 13 years and don’t speak much Spanish but I get by and most of the guests and people visiting don’t speak much Spanish either !!!
Mancora is very relaxed and no one bothers you and a very chilled out place and the authorities are very easy going ...paradise comes to mind.
