We’re spread across three buildings, including a Grade I listed, original Jacobean building which dates back to 1605 (and makes a pretty great Instagram picture). Start your morning in the breakfast room and café-bar with a tasty range of bread, croissants and muffins. Talking of sweet treats, grab a mid-morning ice cream at the stand in the middle of the park.

Location:
When you stay with us, you’ll be within easy reach of highlights like the National History Museum – a 25-minute walk away – and Portobello Market, which is just 20 minutes’ stroll away and where you can pick up some tasty local ingredients for dinner. The closest underground station to the hostel is Holland Park, which is just 2 minutes away on foot. Hop on to reach Gatwick Airport in under an hour.

Rooms and Dorms:
Back at the hostel, take your pick between twin and triple privates, spacious family rooms and mixed and female-only dorms. You can also choose between shared bathrooms (if you’re on a budget) or en-suites (if you prefer privacy). Your linen's already included in the price, and you’ll also get a personal locker to keep all your stuff nice and secure.

Extras and activities:
Having a afternoon off exploring? Get some air in the private courtyard garden or up on the rooftop terrace or have a game in the pool room (we’ve lost count of how many friendships have been made this way) before raiding the vending machine for snacks.
